Goldman Sachs issued six new bonds in July, a total US$15.77 billion.
This makes it the second largest corporate issuer of the month, behind Amazon.

On 21 July, US$10 billion was issued in US dollars across three tranches. The first, with a US$3.5 billion notional value, has a 5.24% coupon. A second US$3.5 billion has a 5.665% coupon. The remaining US$3 billion has a 6.215% coupon.
The euro offering, with a US$5.77 billion notional value, was issued on 22 July. It is also split into three tranches; US$1.44 billion has a 3.273% coupon, US$2.02 billion has a 4.102% coupon and the remaining US$2.31 billion has a 3.643% coupon.
New bond issues
All notes have an A credit rating. The Goldman Sachs Group itself is rated A with a positive outlook by Fitch, and BBB+/A-2 by S&P Global.
Goldman Sachs reported US$20.3 billion in net revenues for Q2 2026, up 39% year-on-year.
