Alex Evangeli has joined Goldman Sachs as an executive director for fixed income ETF trading. He is based in London.
The appointment is part of the bank’s increased focus on ETF coverage in Europe.
Goldman Sachs reported US$15.5 billion in global banking and markets revenues for Q2 2026, up 52% year-on-year.
Evangeli has almost 20 years of industry experience and has been at Virtu Financial for the past six years. He was most recently a senior fixed income trader in New York.
