Paul Osment has joined Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) as a managing director and head of UK flow credit sales.
Based in London, he covers loans, high yield and investment grade credit.
Natixis CIB reported €2.4 billion in global markets revenues for 2025, up 15% year-on-year (YoY). Within this, fixed income revenues were up 15% to €1.6 billion for the year.
Osment has more than 30 years of industry experience and joins Natixis CIB from Black Diamond Capital Management, where he has been head of European trading since 2023. Prior to this, he was head of credit sales and head of flow credit sales for Europe at Lloyds Banking Group.
