JP Morgan has reorganised its global structuring management team, following the expansion of Rui Fernandes’s role as head of global structuring, earlier this year.

In an internal memo, Fernandes commented, “The effectiveness of the global structuring organisation will rely on both deep asset class expertise and a client-centric and product-agnostic solutions approach, aligned with our strategic priorities and critical client segments.”

In asset-class aligned roles, Anthony Fraind will lead credit, Jacob Lindewald rates and FX, and Sankha Ghosh and Rahul Shah emerging and local markets. Matthieu Wiltz will manage Nordic rates and FX sales until a replacement is appointed.

Arnaud Jobert is heading the equities business, while commodities is led by Erin Robert, reporting to David Nahmanovici.

In the cross-asset space, Fraind will also lead global financing structuring. Jobert will spearhead global strategic indices structuring and solutions, also reporting to Rachid Alaoui as co-head of the strategic index business across trading and structuring.

Masi Yamada will lead global corporate structuring, with Ghosh appointed head of APAC structuring to maximise cross-product efficiency in the region. Sim Ee Cheah will continue leadership of APAC equities structuring operations.

Shahzad Sadique is taking on the Mansart Fund Management business, and Dominic Smallwood will head up global FIG solutions structuring.
