S&P Global has released a compliance management solution for credit risk management, designed for private credit and collateralised loan obligation (CLO) managers.
The launch coincides with expectation that private credit assets under management will exceed U$3 trillion by 2028, the company says.
WSO Compliance Insights provides historical reporting, real-time test visualisation, hypothetical trade analysis and cross-deal comparisons, allowing users to generate more accurate reports for risk management and legal compliance.
Earlier this month, the company enhanced its private markets services with a Snowflake expansion.

WSO Compliance Insights is available through the S&P Global Market Intelligence platform, either as an application or a fully-managed service.
