Christophe Roupie has resurfaced at Marex, joining the firm as global head of electronic trading and platforms.
In October 2025, the firm expanded its fixed income offerings with the launch of an emerging markets credit desk and the acquisition of European market maker Valcourt.

Roupie was most recently head of EMEA and APAC and UK CEO of MarketAxess. Dean Berry replaced him as group CEO and chief operating officer for the EMEA and APAC regions last September.

Prior to this, he was global head of trading and securities financing at AXA Investment Managers for over a decade.
