Uber has issued €4.5 billion in senior notes, its first euro-denominated issuance.

Net proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.

The multi-tranche issuance is split into €750 million at 3.750%, due 2029; €1 billion at 4.125% due 2032; €1 billion at 4.375% due 2034; €1 billion at 4.750% due 2038; and €750 million at 5.250% due 2046.

Fitch Ratings assigned the notes an A- rating, stating that Uber’s expansion of its service – including the recent acquisition of Delivery Hero – have differentiated it from competitors.

In Q2 2026, Uber reported US$14.2 billion in revenue, up 12% year-on-year.
