Rutger Olthof has rejoined ING as director of fixed income origination sales. He is based in Amsterdam.
ING reported €5.9 billion in total income for Q3 2025, remaining almost static year-on-year.
Last month, Alex Yang joined the firm as global head of electronic fixed income trading.
Olthof has more than 15 years of industry experience, and began his career at ING Bank as a credit trader between 2010 and 2015. He then moved to NN Investment Partners on the centralised trading desk before moving to Goldman Sachs Asset Management in 2023, where he focused on euro investment grade credit.
