Tannenbaum leads EMEA CIB at BofA as IB fees slip

Jeff Tannenbaum has been named head of EMEA corporate and investment banking at Bank of America. He is based in London.

Bank of America reported US$1.7 billion in global banking revenues over the first half of 2025, with a 9% year-on-year decline in investment banking fees to US$1.4 billion.

Tannenbaum has spent his close to 30-year career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, initially as a managing director before being named head of EMEA debt capital markets in 2016. Most recently, he was head of EMEA global capital markets.
