John Greenan has joined Aquis Exchange as director of technologies.
Based in London, Greenan is responsible for the sales and contracting activities of the firm’s exchange infrastructure technologies and services. Aquis highlighted Greenan’s experience with 24/7 trading as a particular asset to the company.
Greenan commented, “While consulting I conducted extensive research for a search and selection and selected Aquis to provide a genuine 24×7 capability for a Singapore-based digital exchange. I liked the product so much I joined the company!”
Aquis was acquired by SIX Group in July.
Greenan has more than 25 years of industry experience and joins Aquis after 23 years as CEO of electronic trading consultancy firm Alignment Systems. He is also on the FIX Trading Community Global Technical Committee.
