George Kierton has joined BlackRock as a vice president and emerging markets trader.
BlackRock holds a reported US$14 trillion in assets under management.
Earlier this week, BlackRock veteran Vicky Hsu left the firm for Balyasny Asset Management.

Kierton has a decade of industry experience and joins the firm from corporate credit specialist Muzinich & Co, where he has been a trader since 2024. Prior to this, he was a senior fixed income trader at Amundi and a fixed income trader at MUFG and BMO Global Asset Management.
