Lisa Hornby has left Schroders after almost 16 years with the company, most recently serving as head of US fixed income.
As of year-end 2025, Schroders holds £823.7 billion in assets under management.
A Schroders spokesperson confirmed to Global Trading that Hornby will be replaced by Neil Sutherland.
Sutherland has close to three decades of industry experience and has been a portfolio manager at Schroders since it acquired STW Fixed Income in 2013. He was a principal and portfolio manager at STW for five years prior to this.
Earlier in his career, Sutherland was a senior investment manager at AXA Investment Managers and a fixed income manager at Newton Investment Management, now BNY Investments Newton.
Hornby began her career at Barclays Capital as an analyst, before joining Schroders as a portfolio manager in 2010. She later became head of US multi-sector fixed income. Her next role has not been announced.
