Jeffrey Dincher has joined Barclays Investment Bank as director of capital markets, conducting research to support the high-yield trading and sales teams.
He is based in New York.
Barclays Investment Bank reported £10.3 billion in income over the first nine months of 2025, up 12% year-on-year.
In July, the company named Alex Ham as global chairman of investment banking.

Dincher has more than 25 years of industry experience and joins the firm from Prudential Financial, where he has been a senior municipal research analyst specialising in high yield and infrastructure since 2018.
Prior to this, he was a vice president and fixed income research analyst in Goldman Sachs Asset Management‘s (GSAM) municipal group.
