Noel Reyes has been named managing director and global head of multi-asset agency solutions (MAAS) product at RBC Capital Markets, effective May.
Based in New York, he reports to global head of MAAS Jas Sandhu. He is responsible for product innovation across the firm’s electronic training and algorithmic execution offerings.
For the quarter ending 31 January 2026, RBC reported CAD $1.5 billion in capital market revenues, up 46% year-on-year (YoY). For the bank as a whole, net interest income was up 8% YoY to CAD $8.6 billion.
“Higher fixed income trading revenue across most regions in capital markets contributed to the increase. These factors were partially offset by lower equity trading revenue across most regions in capital markets,” RBC’s first quarter results stated.
Reyes has two decades of industry experience and joins RBC Capital Markets from Goldman Sachs, where he has been head of Americas electronic trading product since 2018. Prior to this, he was head of Americas execution sales products at JP Morgan.
