Tharsh Tharshan has joined Citi as a credit trader. He is based in London.
Citi reported revenues of US$81.1 billion in 2024, up 3% from 2023’s US$78.5 billion
Tharshan has more than 15 years of industry experience and joins Citi from Rokos Capital Management, where he has been a portfolio trader since 2022. Prior to this, he was a high yield trader at Nomura.
Earlier in his career, Tharshan spent more than four years at UBS as a director of leveraged credit trading and global event driven credit. He began his career at the Royal Bank of Scotland as an asset-backed securities structuring analyst, before joining the credit trading team.
